A Little About Me 

I’m a mum of three and a former Child and Maternal Health Nurse, with over ten years of nursing experience,

After my second baby, I experienced a deep struggle with my mental health. I tried everything the mainstream system offered - talk therapy, CBT, lifestyle changes, all the “shoulds” - and in a desperate attempt to feel like myself again, I even sleep trained my baby. It gave me structure, but it never brought the peace I was searching for.

As I began to heal - through nervous system work, emotional processing, and reconnecting to my body. I started to see the same quiet struggles reflected in the mothers I worked with. Women doing everything “right,” yet feeling completely lost in motherhood, carrying wounds no one could see.

At the same time, I noticed how often we misunderstood baby sleep. So many families were trying to make their baby fit into their lives, instead of learning to work with their baby’s natural rhythms and needs. There are gentle, practical ways to improve sleep - but it starts with shifting how we see both ourselves and our babies.

Now, I bring the best of both worlds together: responsive baby sleep support and deep maternal wellbeing. Because when a woman truly knows who she is - calm, confident, and connected - everything in her home begins to rest a little easier.

To put it bluntly, I never subscribed to the notion that there was something 'wrong' with me.  I could not accept that OCD, Anxiety & Depression were going to be life long. I dove head first into the research, aligned action, and meeting other like minded humans. Turns out, you can heal, you can change your life. 

I refused to believe that my life had to be about surviving. I took radical, life saving action. And 5 years on, I live a life FREE from symptoms of OCD, panic attacks, depression, and rumination.

I just had to be brave enough to start.
