A Little About Me
After having my first child 7 years ago, I began to have the feeling that I was 'missing something'. Motherhood was nothing at all like I had imagined. No one had told me about the mind, body, and soul shifts that I would go through. After having my second child and experiencing debilitating Post Natal Depression and Anxiety I tried to recover through the methods offered to me in the mainstream system. I tried everything, from gym fads to talk therapy and CBT with psychologists. I felt deflated. Nothing I did was truly helping me recover. I could see the toll it was taking on my health, my relationships, and my children.
So, I threw myself into learning about myself, the world and motherhood. I embraced thinking outside of the constraints of the modern medical system (that I have been a part of as a RN for 10 years) and began healing my entire being. Now, 4 years on and living a life completely free from the debilitating effects of OCD, anxiety and depression.
I am on a mission to share my message with the world.

Your starting point when you don't know where to start...

To put it bluntly, I never subscribed to the notion that there was something 'wrong' with me. I could not accept that OCD, Anxiety & Depression were going to be life long. I dove head first into the research, aligned action, and meeting other like minded humans. Turns out, you can heal, you can change your life.
I refused to believe that my life had to be about surviving. I took radical, life saving action. And 4 years on, I live a life FREE from symptoms of OCD, panic attacks, depression, and rumination.
I just had to be brave enough to start.
